We have locked the complaint on 16th May, 2016 and till date the problem has not been resolved. Printer had an error b3333336 displaying. After filing our complaint the service person had arrived on 20th may and the part that was supplied was defective on arrival. We could believe that how could Hp supply an part which is broken badly. After that we are following with HP and the service centre everyday but nothing has been done to make good our product. Our work is suffering a lot due to non-availability of the machine and we hope our problem will get resolved soon Was this information helpful? | |||
