[Resolved] HP India — Desktop automatically shut down | |||||
One desktop purchased from HP and under warranty period.Desktop SRL.NO. INA449XYQ8 (CPU) .I complaint lodged vide no.[protected] dated 30/08/2016.Complaint forwarded to nearest service center, Iquar service center Aizawl, Mizoram.your service provider m.no. [protected] visit after approx. two months but check the cpu and said that your cpu is all working condition only ram slot was faulty.I said about fault but your service provider not listen me and return.cpu worked only two hours and again same fault occured.I lodgedagain complaint vide no. [protected] dated 18/10/2016 and caomplaint again forwarded to same service center .I contact your HP service provider by mob.no.[protected] but could not satisfactory answer by this person and this person behavior is very bad and not visited this location.He told me that demand placed and when spare parts received by courier then fitted.Two months already past for repairing but cpu not repair properly .I request you to repair the CPU at the earliest otherwise we are going court due to your company not giving satisfactory reply and not provide service timely, also your service provider misbehave with customer.your service provider are not-want talking with customer.kindly look this complaint and repair forthwith. We bought one year ago HP Lesser Jet M1005 MFP multipurpose printer but it is not working. There may any parts be defected. When we starts to operate it. It produced very high sound.

I am being told engineer cannot visit my home to check and repair.
Seems you have have dumped customers whose products are out of warranty.
Will never buy any HP product ever.
