My laptop battery is not charging properly and laptop panel cover was also damaged. And HP asked me to pay the cost to replace the same even when product was under warranty.

I took the product on 21.7.2018 through on line. it is mfd on 2015 august as seen on pack. now the issue is battery is shown plugin and charging but factually 0 charging. need i yo buy a new battery pl guidr
