HP India — Disappointed by the product as well as service

I own a HP Envy M6 1215TX Laptop. I bought it in 2012, and since then I have been facing a lot of issues with my laptop. Now I am writing this mail only after being fed up fully and frustrated by both, the product and the service provided.

Speaking of all the hardware issues faced, below I have listed them:
WEB CAM ISSUE - MAY 2014
LCD DISPLAY ISSUE - MARCH 2015
LCD BACK PANEL ISSUE - AUGUST 2015
LCD PANEL FRAME ISSUE - AUGUST 2015
BATTERY ISSUE - AUGUST 2015
AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN ISSUE - JANUARY 2016
MOTHERBOARD ISSUE - JANUARY 2016
LAN PORT ISSUE- FEBRUARY 2016
FAN ISSUE- FEBRUARY 2016

Now lets concentrate on the last four issues which happened in the time span of one month.


1) On Jan 22nd 2016I filed the case regarding automatic shutdown of my laptop, and after the visit of technician, problem in the motherboard was reported and the new motherboard was ordered.

2) On Jan 27th 2016 the technician visited with a new motherboard and surprisingly the new motherboard was also not working.

3) After ordering it again, the technician again visited on Jan 30th 2016 with a new motherboard and again surprisingly the new motherboard was also a faulty one. Here I would like to stress the fact that the two new motherboard which was ordered and brought by the HP(Hewlett Packard) were also faulty ones.

4) After this my laptop was taken by the service center, saying that we will again order a new motherboard ( This is the third time they are ordering).

5) After few days I got a call saying that my case was closed and a new case have been filed regarding the same.

I hope that the case was closed just to show there efficiency of working by increasing the number of cases closed and also by not letting the higher authorities know that even the new motherboards were faulty, that too for consecutively for 3 times.

6) So after a week, on Feb 8th 2016 I received my laptop.

7) After this I was not able to install my windows due to some DMI tool problem, for which the complaint was filed on Feb 11th 2016 and technician visited on Feb 12th 2016.

8) On Feb 12th 2016, within 2 hours after the windows was installed by the technician, I was not able to use my LAN port, since it was not fixed properly by the technician who repaired my motherboard when it was taken to the service center.

9) I again filed the case the very same day and after I kept on calling the customer care and reminding them to solve my problem finally today i.e. Feb 29th a technician visited, who repaired the LAN port but surprisingly FAN stopped working !!! and the technician himself stated that again it will take one week to get back to me with a new fan.

So currently I cant use my laptop, actually its been over one month that my laptop is not working.
I have lost hopes on HP. God knows, after you fix FAN, again some problem bumps up in my life making it more worse for me to survive.

I want my laptop to be replaced with a new one because I cant tolerate any more.
I hope the concerned authorities will do the needful at their earliest and if my problem is not resolved fully then I am going to file a case in the CONSUMER FORUM.
