My new Omen laptop’s screen got damaged and the service partner of HP (Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd.,
W-42, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110020) sent me the quotation for the replacement on 6th Oct and gave me a link which needs to be approved only by paying the full service amount approx. Rs 13000, which l agreed and paid the whole amount in advance via NEFT on 7th Oct.
They had sent me an email on 12th Oct stating they had received the amount only after lots of follow ups from my end.
After that till date, Oct 22, there are no phone calls or emails regarding the same. No one called up and no engineer came for the repair.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY HP PRODUCTS, IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE TO THEIR ELITE CUSTOMERS, THEN WHAT WILL THEY DO TO THE CUSTOMERS WITH LOW VALUE PRODUCTS.
