I have purchased hp all in one desktop on 26th aug 2015.
Model no - 20-r010in, serial no - 3cr528080k, product no - m1q27aa#acj.
Case no - [protected], complaint about display damage. engineer visited us on 4th july 2016, and said will replace display in maximum 4 days but still there is no progress. we are calling customer care and engineer again and again but they are fooling us by saying we send, we haven't received and all.
Also engineer opened our system to look for problem but did not fixed web camera properly. if you do not have the display request you to replace the system with immediate effect as i am not able to my work from last 10 days.
