HP India — Don't resolve problem company or manage

My chromebook buied in december and is going overheated and charge well from last 20 days . i submitted complaint at service centre or HP care but they could not resolve my problem from last 20 days . i want to resolve my problem or exchange or check my chromebok .but they could not sent engineer . i atttched my mail or invoice of chromebook.
