1. 11th june i placed order for laptop at your online portal. Order no [protected]..
2. 15th june i got a mail from your mentioning that ordered product has reached eol hence you are initiating refund.
3. 16th june, i replied asking :why an eol product is shown on website as best sell category, however please send refund as i have bought a laptop from store based on your mail dated 15th.
4. With my surprise i received the eol product on 19th june and inform immediately to take it return and get me refund.
