I would like to bring to your notice about the irresponsible Behavior of your employees( Maha electronics Service Center HP ) .
I had just purchased a new laptop HP Pavilion. I was not able to lock the battery with the laptop, hence i had raised a complaint with HP Customer care which in turn was diverted to your Service Center.
This complaint was lodged on Saturday 21/03/2015 on the same day on which i got the laptop delivered.
Today is Friday 27/03/2015 and still i have not received any call from your service person or center.
I called to Enquire on Wednesday where a lady called VARNA assisted me informing me that a person called PUNITH will be coming for a visit that day.
And till today since i have not got ANY CALL from your people, i had to call them back asking for the status.
This lady VARNA was very rude and unprofessional when i asked for the status.She was not ready to listen to what i was telling and ordering me to disconnect the call saying " I WILL CALL BACK IN 10 MINUTES".
I have heard HP Provides very good after sales service, but i am very disappointed with this behavior of HP.
