HP India — Fan is not working in laptop

Hi,

recently I bought HP laptop and I am facing problem fan is not working properly due to that it was continuously shutdown.

Continuously it generating to much of heat because of that not able to perform my work properly it causes very inconvenience badly.

My system got stopped working and I went one of the service center today they told me to raise a complaint on that .

day by day its totally damaging all the peripherals in my laptop.

kindly consider this as priority issue and assigned concerned technical expert to resolve the issue as soon as possible .
