HP India — Faulty hp laptop

I purchased hp.laptop in april 2016 this laptop had screen spot problem after I filed a complaint then it was covered by them in defect on arrival case. After they have NOT REPLACED the unit. Because there protocol is that there should be at least 5 spot to replace the screen.
Now new problem with USB slots and lan slot. It automatically restarting. They replaced the slots but there is problem in another usb slot which is on motherboard. I ordered CD for windows 10 restore from hp they were also corrupt and I paid rs 595 . Now they are asking u submit cd at nearest service centre to verify they are corrupt or not. While purchasing they will not put any condition after they will put all conditions as if they stated before the purchase order was placed. Charging slot indicator light is not working there are multiple issues in laptop. I PURCHASED MY LAPTOP FROM CROMA FORT MUMBAI. I THINK HP SI SELLING REFURBISHED LAPTOPS.

Updated by Sandy jain Consumer support is total waste of time they will put you on hold and there is no clear cut solution to the problems . I think hp should focus on after sales services. HP QUALITY has been compromised as it was 5 years back.

Updated by Sandy jain There was keyboard and touch pad problem they replaced the it.
But I cannot use the system is not restored.because of faulty cd . Case no. [protected]

I have loge a complain [protected] for My Hp laptop and they they close this complain without engineer visit . I have log [protected] another complain for another product on 30/9/2016 which is still pending till now.
