I have purchased a HP note book vide Invoice No:CR16104475 dated 08.11.2016, We got Headphones free along with the Notebook. I received phone in the month of Decebmer16 with right side of phones defective. I complained the same to [protected]@redemptionsupport.com. They advised me to submit the same to nearest servicing center. I submitted the defective headphones to Solapur servicing center on 23.12.2016,
Till now I didn't receive my headphones. I communicated to HP many times but invain, recently they are not responding to my call. When I go to the servicing center they said that they didn't receive the headphones after repair and they they will intimate once they receive the same.
I need my head phones at the earliest.
