I bought a HP notebook 3 months back. One month back the screen got damaged since I had taken insurance I asked the HP customer care to get it replaced . It's been more than one month now and I have been running from post to pillar to get this chnaged..the claim has been approved more than 10 days back but still I have no response from HP..this is shameful that I have to folow so much and still nothing is done.
