In my laptop lcd screen is effected with white sports. I take my laptop to service center. They are check it and told me there is only 3 white dots if there is 6 to 7 white dots means one we consider to warranty. I have purchase my laptop 2 months ago. I have 1 year warranty. I want to replace it.

I didnt got any feedback or response regarding my problem of KIO4 battery.
Please update me.
As I have earlier said in my previous complaint, please provide me the link for online purchase of KIo4 battery.
