It is hanging for day one so as i contacted hp care they told me that its a oprating system issue.
As laptop having win 10 preinstalled ...they trouble shooted many time and result is now My lapi's OS is corrupted, no boot available,
and most irritating thing is care executive cutting my calls after listening my case id
