HP India — HP auth dealers not willing to repair hardware while system is in warranty

Hi. I am from Jamshedpur and purchased HP products for my office use from your dealer who's name is Paramjeet. The system is 6 months old and still in warranty. The Lan port seems to have malfunctioned and the dealer is willing ro replace it for added cost but not willing to replace it through HP for obvious reasons that he will not be able to earn anything. This practice is very common across Jamshedpur and I am not aware about other cities. But this selfish experience has left a very sour taste in using HP products. Hope the complaint catches your attention and gets rectified soon.
