I bought a hp laptop and made full payment for back to school offer in aug 2019 via redemtion code khhc452178kh. I have lost patience and looks like people who post here get the headset. The promised headser has not been delivered. It is a pity that people who are patient do not get the headset and people who complain get it. My understanding from last email in oct 2019 was that there were some logistics issues but should not that be applicable to all. How can headsets be delivered when people complain.
