Called HP printer support @[protected]
Call was picked up by Arnav/arnab Nambiar..The agent didnt provide his name properly this is what was picked up on the call. First I told him that the issue is with the PowerON of the inkjet printer and told him that I have performed initial steps then if anything missed he can let me know..Upon that he said are you infront of computer as we will have to troubleshoot the issue. Then I conferenced the call with the person who was available at the printer location. Now he asks for serial number and says thats its out of warranty you will have to reach out to the local store. If that was the case the customer representative could have asked me in the call itself..I agreed that I will contact the local store but then I insisted him to tell the steps of troubleshooting which I can try by myselft and if still the issue I will reach out to the local store. But here the agent annoyed stating I cant provide troubleshooting steps please contact local store only or see the online article!! We are from technical department and cant do much..so what was the harm informing the steps which we might have missed and we are to contact the local store..It felt as if the agent didnt know anything and he was just pushing the customer to go away. Even when asked for supervisor he stated that he was very busy..Very poor and bad experience from HP support customer care India. Was this information helpful? |
