Bad exprince from HP Support team regarding Laptop Wif if device is not showing & not working, I have more time call to toll free no. but they are not responding properly. they are speaking OS issue, Drivers issue, But I have do it every thing which is required for same. also I have formatted 3 time on varios DVD, but getting same issue. I suggested to him, also I working in Technical. so don't waste time in unwanted troubleshoot. BAD BAD BAD experience from HP Technical support team.
