Dear sir,

i have purchased a notebook of hp before six months after some time due to problem in laptop i lodged a complain to customer care but after several reminders company engineer visit to my site and told that your battery is faulty and need to replace after twenty days when my problem not solved then call to him and he said that send the image of battery and serial no your battery will replace after sending image otherwise its not possible to replace.

i am now fully unsatisfied by this company . I am already service provider and want to complain against hp company.
