HP India — hp laptop | |||
Dear sir, I had purchased a hp laptop last year from hp showroom cyberworks kolkata. It was not taking charge properly and lastly it was not starting. So, i took my laptop to the cyberworks service center on 24.08.2017. They check the laptop and said that there is a problem in mother board. They have to change some parts. They said that it will take two weeks time. After that whenever i call them and ask for the laptop they said that some component is not available in the market so it is not ready.in between we had puja holidays in kolkata in the last week of september so, they said that they are not getting the component because the market was closed due to the puja holiday, we will give the laptop to you after puja. Now the puja holiday is over, after 12 days when i am calling them and ask for the laptop they are still telling that they have to see whether it is done or not. They are not sure when it will be done. I am enclosing their service call report for your reference. So it is my kind request to you to take necessary action on it. S.
