[Resolved] HP India — Hp laptop
My Hp laptop plastic case around screen is getting separated.
I went to HP laptop service centre in vizag to address issue on 1st july 2021. They told to leave my laptop with them for 15 days to fix issue. They are not responding also.
Then i called online HP agent. I told my issue. I sent snaps, video of laptop issue for their understanding. They told they will fix my issue by july 26th, 2021 through mail. But they didn't send service engineer to fix my unit . Again i sent mails to them, but they didn't send reply.
Finally i got call from engineer from hp service centre. He again asked me to snaps, video regarding my laptop issue. Because he is not responding properly in call, again i went to hp service centre on 07/08/2021. He checked my laptop. He told, he sent mail to higher authorities for approval to replace a part under warranty. He told, he will get revert by 9/08/2021. But i didn't get any call from him on 09/08/2021. I called him, he is saying same reason(didn't get revert for approval ). now its 12/08/2021, still he is saying same reason.
Its been more than month, still issue didn't get resolve. I wasted lot of time in addressing my issue, went there, But they didn't even responding yet.
please resolve my issue.

They didn't resolve it. But they closed my case by saying that they will fix soon. They closed because, its been 2 months.
HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
