I have purchase a new laptop from you serial # 5cg6031kmh, within 2
months of purchase it has started exhibiting issues, when I purchase it
was not properly sealed pack and your retailer partner said HP packaging
look like this, and also there was dust inside the USB port and all
other port, I believe it was used before me by retailer. And now before
15 days there was issue with key board and your team replace the same
and now a days here is a problem with HDD.
I raised ticket for replace that this unit have some
problem and this one is not a good unit but your support team is not
care about it and still I have huge losses due to your product. I know
HP is a good brand but this is type of product and services is really
very DISGUSTING . I never except this kind of product like HP brand name
And in this scenario I want only the replacement or refund of the
product, but your support team did not bothered about it
Request you to please have a look and give a better unit.
I am sure that there is a manufacturing that's why problem being accrue again again and even I believe it issue will be accrue with another part after this.
For me it is not a resolution, not even me anybody can not agree with further repairing with this condition.
