HP India — HP Laptop doesn't work properly

Hi,

I purchased an hp laptop on the day of dusherra which was 11th oct 2016. We complaint to the hp within 14 days that there is a problem with the laptop which is flickering screen.
Person who took the complaint closed the case within 2 days assuming it was resolved and we were waiting for someone to get back to us. Now hp is not only denying replacement but it has been 34 days that we are struggling.
The customer service team, crt team, and now escalation team. They keep on saying we will have to run some diagnosis and then we will speak to our internal team and get back to you.
They have already run diagnosis 2 times on my laptop and wasted my 1 entire day on 12th nov 2016 from morning 11.30 to evening 5.42pm by running diagnosis and still i have same problem of screen flickering.
I have sent them multiple videos but they will not replace my laptop. I have spent 53500 on laptop and 3498 on purchasing additional warranty. I feel cheated and no one is able to help. They won't even let us talk to the management and no one is interested in listening to our grievance.
This is my first laptop in my life which i have purchased with so much of excitement but they have ruined it all.
Every other day my husband and i speak to hp people atleast for an hour. They never give any commitment nor they can comment on anything. 34 days we have been in constant touch with them. On mail and phone but there is no resolution provided.
My hard earned money which i saved and half which i took on emi is all gone in vein.
Never buy hp laptop they are cheat, they never be on their commitment. Their after sales service is zero.
After the person ran some diagnosis on 12th nov 2016 i did not use to laptop. Today 14th nov 2016 i used it for 3 hrs i thought let me record the entire time while i use the laptop as flickering happens anytime and i can't shoot it instantly.
I have a recording of about 2 hrs and in that it has flickered almost 3 times.
I have sent hp all the conversation recording with each person but they won't accept that their product is faulty and are only delaying things.
Please help me how to get my money back or at least a replacement. They have mentally harassed us and tortured us a lot.
We leave our work and speak with them do as they say gave complete cooperation for 34 days but now it is high time. They are making things very difficult and inconvenient for us.
Please help me someone.
