Hp laptop keyboard complaint not attended for 45 day from complaint registered, Hp service is very bad, I think not experienced exicutives in there service center, I have two case I'd for one complaint
[protected] it is registered before 30 days, nobody came for service, again I registered a complaint 2 days before

1to 2 hours to take for register a complain . Today other person call me and do some trouble shooting steps and they talled me to update bios. Actually my complaint is some Keyes not working on keyboard, So we measure the quality of hp technicians,
So pls take any action against HP
