[Resolved] HP India — HP Laptop not working

I had purchased a laptop from Best Buy store at Lake-Charles SA on 10th Sept'2015. The laptop suddenly stopped working, contacted HP service center in Panjim Goa India, was told that without receipt cannot service as warranty. Unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt.
