I have purchased a laptop (Hp pav x360 convert 13-u135tu) in the month of january'2017. The laptop started giving the following problem in the month of october'2017
(A) the touch screen was not working.
(B) the laptop was abruptly getting shut down/restarting with noise.
The matter was informed to the hp people through their help line nos. How ever the services extended by the hp people are not satisfactory. You can realize the same if you look into the incidents which is mentioned below chronologically.
(A) complaint registered through their helpline no. On 28.10.2017, to which they have assured their service personnel to visit on 05.11.2017.
(B) in spite of the commitment, their service representative turned up only on 10.10.2017. But he could not attend the problem. Rather the problem aggravate further (The laptop is not getting on). As per the service personnel, the defect is with the cooling fan & touch screen and the same shall be replaced within a week.
(C) however till 29.10.2017, there is no response from the hp side.
It is important here to mention that, the product is under warranty with extended warranty up to 01.10.2010. Looking into the above, it is felt that the hp is not bothered about their customer.
Hence we request you to take up the matter with hp and find out a solution at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
