HP laptop is not working properly and screen has white spots and keypads also not working. Since my product is under extended warranty I tried to make complaint with Hp custmer support but my complaint is not getting any proper resolution. I tried followiong things
1. 1st had virtual chat with HP support assistance and tried suggested trouble shooting
2. Had whatsapp chat with techinical team and again tried trouble shooting and shared all requested images and videos (from 1.25 pm to 3.40 pm)
3. Requested call back service CASE ID [protected] and also send all images and videos on their mail as requested ( 35 Mins on call)
4. Again requested call back service but nothing happened
5. Called all HP customer no[protected],[protected],[protected]Whatsapp chat),[protected], +[protected]
I have all call logs and whatsapp chats.
