I have given my laptop for screen change and c drive formatting in pune.
Reference number - 001963
Serial number - 5cd2132bc4
Configuration - hp g6 1312 tu
Customer - mohit tripathi
Service centre - tilak road g-1, g-2 indira chembers
The behaviour was very rude and they misbehaves, shouts on the top of his voice, refuses to provide any service and says "do whatever you can do, i will see". I want a strict action against this type of behaviour to the customers and this is not with me as i have seen they treating badly with every other customer.
I can get the screen replaced from any of the local service centre and they have offered me to replace in minimal price but i have chosen hp authorised service centre just because of the trust.
Also i want to know the price of the screen change as i doubt they have charged me more on this.
One of the worst thing is the bill that they have provided has 3 errors while writing the price of screen change and when i said i need a new bill they have directly refused and misbehave with me.
Want to hear back on this from hp..
