[Resolved]  HP India — Hp laptop slow processing

On 14 sep i make a complain and today its marked as resolved i don't know why the company mark it as resolve case but the issue is same as it was ... neither i get a call and not email from the hp company ... how they could mark it as case resolved? it is very disappointed from the hp side im facing even company don't want to listen my query and not even interested in solving the problem.
