I have not update hp shopping gift voucher worth rs 3000 has been credited in my hp wallet. When i have register hp store account provide link to my email alexraj.[protected]@gmail.com to create a password enter my name and mobile number and click singup. Then message will be there is alredy an account with this email address. If you are sure that is your email address click here to get your password and access your account. When i have clik and write email address and submit then message is a password rest link will be send to the email if it is a valid account but no link will sent to my email. So kindly help me sir
