I am posting this because i am so exasperated by the terrible customer service of hp. I had an issue with my non-removable laptop battery (It wasn't charging completely). My laptop is under warranty coverage so i called hp. They sent an engineer. He found that my battery was swelling. He took some snaps of the swelling battery and sent to his team. They said it can't be replaced because swollen battery are not covered under warranty. I tried to reason with them but they wouldn't listen to me. I gave them proof (https://support.hp.com/…/docu…/c05640567
This link to hp help page stating that swollen battery under warranty are replaced). They didn't have any counter argument so, they just kept on delaying the resolving process by unnecessarily escalating the issue so many times. Now, it's been 2 weeks since i contacted hp for help. But my problem is still not solved. Now, they aren't even responding to my email. It's getting more and more difficult for me to keep using a laptop with a faulty battery. I don't know why hp is doing this. It is a simple claim for replacement of battery under warranty. Why can't they just stick to their words and replace my battery Was this information helpful? |
