I have purchased H P laptop AU084TX on 20/6/16.From the beginning it is not working properly.I call customer care, they tried their best but it dose not work properly. After one month of several complaint at last engineer visited and repair it . Now my adopter is giving me a electric shock when i touch it pin . A engineer visited again and checked it, he agree that adopter is faulty . He asked me that he will replace it. But my adopter is not replaced up till now . My adopter is giving me a swear Electric Shock .If any damage is done, who will be responsible. I requested you, that Please change my adapter immediately so that i can use my Laptop safely.My case I D is [protected].My Laptop No is 5CD61963GJ. Thanks
