[Resolved]  HP India — Hp notebook laptop is not satisfactory and want refund of money from hp

Firstly hp laptop model no.Hp- 15 ac083tx was purchased from shop name bit n byte from gandhinagar, jammu ( 180004) on date 11/11/2015 of amt.Rs 35, 000( including tax of 5%) with invoice detail as shown:

After 2 months prior to purchase of this laptop, certain problems came as described below:
On 27 jan 2016 the case was registered by me in hp customer care with case id:[protected] about the problem of no power issue then on onsite service an engineer from hp service centre came and checked and concluded the problem with system board recovery.After this, within 5 days of gap hp engineer came with new system board and he replaced it but damaged the panel while opening the laptop and then he was unable to update bios of a system and case was closed by service centre of hp without my permission and case was left incomplete .Then again i called many times on hp customer care number:[protected], i talked to many person of hp, with their supervisors too but no response, they only give false beliefs.
After this some battery issues too came and some function keys also was not working.Then i called again to customer care of hp and they locked that previous case again and then engineer again came to my resident place and was not able to solve that problem.
And other case more was registered for accidental damage with case id:[protected] which was too closed by hp on their own.I have provided the snapshot for that problem to mail name: [protected]@hp.com, but unfortunately it was not processed.
So, i request the consumer department that please look into the matter deeply because i am fedup with hp product because in short duration of time of 3 months, it is having so much problems like system board failure, then it means i have waisted all my money to get this problem in my life.Genuienly i am saying that i don't need this product, i simply want from company is that please refund my paid amount of rs.35000, i am not satisfied with this hp laptop.
Its a defective product i have received from hp company, everyday new problems are there in this laptop.
Please consumer team help me in this.
