I have purchased hp pavilion 15 notebook sl no. 5cd5325ywy model no. 15-ab216tx from hp showroom ranchi on 19/03/2016 with one year and 1year free warranty extension . but till now 1year free warranty not given by hp . kindly extend so that i could enjoy your good service . if you have any any problem then forward my case hp director for my grievances. i will aspect your kind co-operation.
