My laptop after purchase started showing black dot in screen, for which I had registered complaint with HP customer care service. They are claiming that I have created that damage to screen instead of replacing the laptop with in the warranty period. This is simply their tactics to close the complaint and get away with their mistake. Its very difficult to even register a complaint in their website, Was this information helpful? |
