I have purchased 1 hp pen drive from snap deal before 3 month, but when i m attaching with my laptop it is not detecting.
I have used first time and it is not detecting. Now when i dropped e mail to hp team they are not giving any answer, i have called multiple service center in gurgaon but everyone is giving me same answer that we are supporting only laptops. Hp customer care is saying go to fortune or balajisolutions {third party from hp } and they are saying this pen drive is not marketed by then
So in short hp does not want to take any responsibility at all, worst experience from hp.in future will not purchase anything from hp.
