Case id [protected] Hp printer 315 call register on 9th october regarding printer problem there is no proper respond from your customer service center chennai and also spoken to hp support mr parthsary mobile no [protected] also spoke to your hp tamilnadu coordinator mr jinju joy [protected] with weeks time also spoken to you customer carer 3 times. As on date on one visited the site nor got call from anyone i am keep on calling almost 15 calls there is no proper respond. So let know what has to be done if you can't provide service let me know where to send printer to get refund of money what is paid. Was this information helpful? | |||
