[Resolved] HP India — Hp printer 419 ( out of warranty)

I am from ratlam m.p. I have hp all in one 419 printer for 2 years .
I am facing E -4 ERROR . I tried online support but not solved . I mad a call to your service center he told me that visiting charge for technician will be 1790/ rupees. Is it possible that only visiting charge is 1790/-
Can you please tell me that how much charge is for visiting technician, not to do anything only for to visit and see the printer .
