HP India — HP Spectre XT Ultrabook battery

Hi, i had been repeatedly calling to the HP service centre from last 6 months for replacement of battery for my HP Spectre XT Ultrabook. however every time they say that it is not in stock .. is it my fault that i had purchased this ultrabook from HP ? or is it HP India's fault for not proiding battery to this service centre of their's.

HP India team must get this actioned and let me avail the battery for my laptop on urgent basis. you may kindly send me the confirmation on my email as stated below for availability and the price for the same.
