HP India — Hp u004tu convertible notebook | |||
I have bought my laptop (Product no-w0j50pa#acj/sr. No-8cg6182g4r) from hp dealer m/s computerland, nehru place, new delhi on 23.07.2016.. Next day morning, i found that my web-cam is not working. I informed to the dealer and asking for replacement for this defective product. But i am really surprised with their reply: "you must check you web-cam during purchasing and we can not replace now. Please call hp customer care" After that i called the hp support team and they have check the laptop but unable to resolve the issue. Then they are raising a request for me (Case id-[protected]). I am requesting him, please send the technician in evening between 6 pm to 7pm. After 48 hrs of my request, one person called me and informed me that he can not visit after 6pm. I think that i have doing a lifetime mistake by purchasing hp laptop. Any service provider will be better than hp. It will be hp responsibility to replace my laptop without a single word because i have raise the complaint only after 16 hrs from the purchasing.
