My Case ID [protected]. I bought new HP Victus laptop, within one and half month I got motherboard issue after updated the bios. HP technician ordered the motherboard for replacement, but still I didn't get any solution for this. While I contacted HP they are saying part not available and asking to wait for 24 to 48hrs, after 48hrs again I get same reply. I have already waited for more than 10 days. If part is not available means I want replacement with new laptop or else refund my money and HP can take back the Laptop.
