Dear sir,
we have purchase hp keyboard kit on 12.09.2016 but we have occurring have problem while using mouse was not working properly. curser ball not working properly .pleas tell me status of & keyboard key not working properly .keyboard key is not click properly.

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.we have used h.p product since last four year another product

Atulgupta089's response also once a engineer visited and opened my laptop after which the usb ports are not working.now they are not responding to my response

As i made a call log on 2nd of may because of laptop breakage as it comes under ADP warranty.its one month now and my issues are still not resolved.infact my call is not being picked by the executives of ghazibad.
