My name is saurabh singh and my case id is [protected]. I have registered the case above one month but he didn't replying me. Engineer already came to my place and he said sign in complain paper and i will fill the form. I also went service center but they are not interesting to case. His engineer told me to take adp pack so i did it from timezcare delhi and i spent 12000 also but they are not doing anything please i have a humble request to hp do something and please solve my problem
