I am a premium hp laptop user. I registered a complaint on 31st july and it was found there is some issue with the motherboard as my laptop is in warranty they should get it fixed but instead of that they are asking me to pay 43, 000 Rs to get it fixed. Since then i called them several times to lower the price they always say they'll look into it but no action has been taken and i get no updates from their end on this issue.
