Case number: [protected] Product Description: HP Notebook - 15s-du0120tu Product Number: 9GD57PA Serial Number: CND00352VQ Case Subject: IN/ONS/NBD/HP Laptop 15s-du0120TU ALL/Black screen My laptop is completely dead. i have been with customer care and technical team last 10 days and done with all troubleshooting steps and been to HP World OMR showroom more than 3 times and i get the same problem after doing complete reset and uninstall/reinstall OS and complete format. Now system is totally dead. I am completely unhappy with customer care and technical team .I am really fed up in dialing them and they keep on disconnecting my call. either they transfer the call or they disconnect the call. I need my laptop to be replaced with new one. My work is been stopped last 3 days because of this faulty laptop. take this issue in prior basis and solve it asap. regards, unhappy customer. Its completely graphics driver problem. No need to reset windows 10. You need to boot the windows into safemode and then uninstall installed graphics driver and then re-start
