[Resolved] HP India — I had buyed a waste laptop of hp envy 15-k102tx with severe and major problems occurring automatically | |||||
I want to replace the hp laptop which i had faced more troubles using this they had sent technical assistants to resolve the issues but the thing is that they were solving only particular issue. with in a year i had faced more than times of trouble such as mother board issue, touch screen issue, hard disk, battery, battery back part not fitting, finger print, drivers, power card etc i dont want this laptop . am asking to replace the new laptop or else return my money to me. model no:- hp envy 15-k102tx product number: k2n88pa#acj serial number : 5cd4390qgj for replace the new laptop or else to return the money they were not even concidering. & always they were trying to convince me.
