HP India — Inability to make my recovery for my HP Note book

Sir, It is requested that I am not able to make the recovery of my hp laptop due to some error occurs in the processing. I have already take the recovery of 4 DVD's but the 5th or last DVD cannot be completed and shows the error and says that 'PLEASE INSERT THE DISC'. I had submit fresh DVD for may times but it can not be completed by me. Kindly help to solve the problem. The positive reply will be highly appreciated. Regards
