Refer to case id: [protected]/service order: [protected] dated 10th june 2016.
Monitor not replaced even after more than a month due to deliberate inattention from hp and service coordinator.
Chronology:
10th june: self phoned up hp customer care to lodge the complaint mentioned above. assured by hp customer care, the problem will be resolved in 48hrs.
48hrs passed but no action.
14th june: service technician visited, diagnosed and informed monitor cannot be repaired thus has to be replaced. since it is in warranty period, they will replace at their cost within a week.
A week passed from 14th june, but no action.
20th june: then phoned up customer care again on around 20th june, had a conference call with service coordinator and again was assured to be resolved in a week.
A week passed from 20th june, but no action.
01st july: then phoned up to service coordinator on around 1st july and again was assured that it will be solved in a week.
A week passed from 1st july, but no action.
14th july: then phoned up to service coordinator on 14th july and now they are saying he has already raised the demand, now it is upto hp to supply the monitor to them so that he can replace. since he is not getting any response from hp, he does not know when it will be replaced.
Denying to take any responsibility to timely resolve the problem.
Please look into the case and help resolve at the earliest.
