I have bought the laser jet printer m132nw model from hp approximately three months ago. The printer has just printed 600 pages and is showing low ink and printing light coloured pages that means the report and the warning is correct. I have called your unsatisfactory customer support which told me that it was a demo cartridge which will not print upto its full limit. My complaint is sir why have you installed a demo cartridge in 13, 500 rupees printer, was the cost of this not enough so that now i have to pay additional 4000 rupees to your company so that i can actually use this stupid product. If your company policy states that why it is not mentioned in my bill and told by dealer at the of purchase and if told i definately have not purchased this product for sure because i have buyed a product for 14000 not for 18000 ok. Iwant my problem to be solved by you at any cost. I believe that company is overcharging this product. And i want full waiver for my new refilling. Also i forgot to tell you that when i tried to be supportive to genuinely ask that why i was given an empty cartridge they smiply put me off the line instead of helping me. And ypur cartridge is not available in the market!!! Coooool i have to actually pay you extra 💰 that's it is not available in the market
